On Taipei’s historic Clock Street in Wanhua, the Japanese word “とけい” (tokei, meaning “clock”) fades slowly with time, yet leaves behind a profound imprint of temporality and memory. In their work Meta-Tokei, the artists delve into the intricate relationships between time, vessels, and sound, inviting audiences into a layered interpretation space shaped by narratives and sensory experimentation.
